When youth lead, communities listen. We believe young people have powerful ideas—and when they’re given the tools and support to act on them, they can spark real change. Our coalition supports youth-led prevention projects that raise awareness, build connection, and reduce substance use in Moses Lake. From peer education to public campaigns and events, each project is a chance for youth to make a meaningful impact on their schools and neighborhoods.
Participants not only develop leadership and teamwork skills—they also have the opportunity to showcase their projects at the Washington State Spring Youth Forum, a statewide competition celebrating outstanding youth prevention work.
With mentorship, resources, and a platform to be heard, these youth are shaping a healthier future for our entire community.
